THANK YOU! for having an interest in being a part what I hope will be a highly competitive league consisting of 16 dedicated team owners who despite being rivals form a tight-knit league that will last for many years to come.
Before signing up and joining officially, I ask that you please read the following to ensure that you fully understand the concept of the league and are committed for a long term membership with us.
As always, if you have any question about any of these points or anything related to the league feel free to ask me in the league Chat-an-go or by emailing me directly: Kevin113@gmail.com
Points to consider before joining:
1) Have you read the league constitution? This post can be found here: wiseguybaseball.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rules&action=display&thread=83
2) Do you fully intend to be a member of this league on a long term basis? This includes being as active as your schedule will allow, paying league dues on time, participating in league discussions, setting your team line-up, and making every effort to build a team that can win.
3) Have you read and understand the rule book for the league? This includes understanding the Points Based Head-to-Head Scoring System, Salary Cap space, Player Transactions Policy, and Code of conduct?
4) Have you looked at and understand the layout of the league's spreadsheet? The commissioners will make every effort to keep the spreadsheet updated as transactions occur to ensure an accurate representation of Team rosters, Drop Penalties, Salary Cap Transactions, and Available players and salaries for the initial draft.
5) Are you interested in serving the league by participating as a member of the Trade Committee? This will take a minimal time commitment, but is an invaluable service to ensure league business is expedited. If interested let me know!
Thank you for reading these few considerations for joining, if you have reviewed the above and are ready to take over a team the league welcomes you and wishes you all the best of luck in building your team!
